  • Du führst und entwickelst dein Team im Qualitäts- und Reklamationsmanagement.
  • Du steuerst Kundenreklamationen, Ursachenanalysen und nachhaltige Lösungen.
  • Du behältst Qualitätskennzahlen und Prozesse im Blick und machst sie besser.
  • Du arbeitest direkt mit Kunden und unseren internen Teams zusammen und bringst deine Ideen ein.
  • Was du mitbringst
  • Technischer Background, Erfahrung im Qualitätsmanagement und erste Führungserfahrung – idealerweise aus Kunststoff, Spritzguss oder Automotive.
  • 8D, FMEA & Co. sind für dich keine Fremdwörter? Umso besser.
