Ihre Aufgaben

  • Fachliche Führung, Motivation und Weiterentwicklung des
  • Qualitätsmanagement-Teams
  • Überwachung von Qualitätsstandards sowie Koordination von
  • Korrektur- und Vorbeugemaßnahmen
  • Schnittstellenkoordination für Arbeitssicherheits- und
  • Umweltrichtlinien
  • Kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung des QM-Systems und
  • Prozessoptimierung im Kontext von Industrie 4.0

Zentrale Schnittstelle gegenüber Kunden, Lieferanten und Produktion

Auswertungen von Reports und regelmäßigen Reviews

Unsere Anforderungen

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium (Maschinenbau, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen)
  • oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Erste Berufserfahrung im Qualitätsmanagement (Industrie, Automotive
  • oder Medizintechnik)

Know-how in ISO 9001, ISO 14001 und gängigen QM-Tools

  • Ausgeprägte analytische, lösungsorientierte und eigenständige
  • Arbeitsweise
  • Hohe Kommunikations- und Moderationskompetenz an internen und
  • externen Schnittstellen

Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
