Unser erstklassiger Kunde ist ein IT-Dienstleister im Raum Stolberg. Für diesen suchen wir aktuell einen "Teamleiter SAP HCM (w/m/d) - Fokus Payroll/Abrechnung".

Diese Position bietet Gestaltungsspielraum, Führungskompetenz und strategischen Einfluss – perfekt für erfahrene SAP-Berater/innen, die den nächsten Karriereschritt suchen.

  • Ihre Aufgaben:
  • Aufbau, Führung und Entwicklung eines Teams im Bereich SAP HCM mit Fokus auf Abrechnung/Payroll
  • Fachliche und teilweise disziplinarische Verantwortung für interne SAP HCM Consultants
  • Leitung und Steuerung komplexer Projekte im SAP HCM Umfeld mit dem Schwerpunkt Payroll/Abrechnungsprozesse
  • Strategische Weiterentwicklung des Bereichs, insbesondere in Hinblick auf Cloud-Technologien und Schnittstellenintegration
  • Ansprechpartner für interne und externe Stakeholder sowie Entscheidungsträger
  • Förderung eines proaktiven, lösungsorientierten und kollaborativen Teamspirits
  • Das bringen Sie mit:
  • Tiefgehende Erfahrung in der SAP HCM Beratung, insbesondere im Modul PY (Abrechnung)
  • Erfahrung im Customizing sowie in der Projektleitung von SAP-Projekten
  • Idealerweise erste Führungserfahrung oder starke Ambitionen in Richtung Leadership
  • Kommunikationsstärke, unternehmerisches Denken und die Fähigkeit, andere mitzunehmen
  • Interesse an Innovationsthemen (Cloud, HR-Digitalisierung, Prozessautomatisierung)
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
