Unsere Sondermaschinen treiben Medizintechnik, E?Mobilität, Kommunikation und Energie voran — mit deinem Team lieferst du verlässlich von der internen Inbetriebnahme bis zur Kundenabnahme. Teamleiter Senior SPS Programmierer (m/w/d)
  • Deine Aufgaben
  • Teamführung & Entwicklung: Du leitest 2–3 S7-Entwickler, führst Reviews durch und verantwortest die Ressourcen- und Meilensteinplanung.
  • Software-Architektur: Du entwirfst Konzepte für Sonder- und Serienanlagen und stellst durch klare Vorgaben die Softwarequalität sicher.
  • Modernste Siemens-Technik: Du arbeitest hands-on im TIA Portal V20 und bist federführend bei der Migration unserer HMI-Landschaft auf WinCC Unified.
  • Safety & Motion: Als Experte verantwortest du die fail-safe Programmierung (F-CPU) sowie die Konfiguration komplexer Antriebstechnik (S210, Technologie-Objekte, Camming).
  • Schnittstellenmanagement: Du koordinierst die Anbindung via OPC UA und arbeitest eng mit der PC-Entwicklung (Qt/C++) sowie dem Vertrieb zusammen.
  • Dein Profil
  • Senior-Expertise: Langjährige Erfahrung mit S7-1500 und TIA Portal.
  • Lead-Mentalität: Erfahrung in der Führung von Entwicklern oder in der Leitung komplexer Projekte.
  • Spezialwissen: Sicherer Umgang mit Functional Safety und Motion Control (Startdrive/Tuning).
  • Lösungsorientierung: Du packst die Unified-Migration pragmatisch an und hast ein Grundverständnis für EPLAN P8.
  • Kommunikation: Sehr gutes Deutsch (C1) und gutes Englisch (B2).
