  • Tagesgeschäft Planung und Steuerung des Personaleinsatzes zur
  • optimalen Ressourcennutzung Sicherstellung reibungsloser und
  • termingerechter Betriebsabläufe Überwachung von Prozessen,
  • Qualitätsstandards, Arbeitsanweisungen und 5S-Vorgaben Bearbeitung
  • von Reklamationen sowie Einleitung nachhaltiger
  • Verbesserungsmaßnahmen Analyse von Kennzahlen und Ableitung
  • geeigneter Maßnahmen Koordination bei Betriebsstörungen und
  • Prozessabweichungen Kommunikation mit Kunden, internen Schnittstellen
  • und externen Partnern Unterstützung bei Mitarbeitergesprächen sowie
  • organisatorischen Aufgaben Mitwirkung an Optimierungs- und
  • Verbesserungsprojekten (POP) Dein Anforderungsprofil Abgeschlossene
  • Berufsausbildung Erste Führungserfahrung sowie mindestens zwei Jahre
  • Berufserfahrung in der Logistik Team- und Kommunikationsstärke Hohe
  • Kundenorientierung und gutes Prozessverständnis Gute EDV-Kenntnisse
  • und Affinität für neue IT-Systeme Selbstständige, strukturierte und
  • verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise Belastbarkeit, Flexibilität und
