  • Führen eines Außendienst-Teams mit bis zu 15 Technikern✓
  • Planung und Koordination der Techniker-Einsätze und Baustellen✓
  • Sicherstellung der fachgerechten Installation, Inbetriebnahme und Instandhaltung von Glasfasernetzen✓
  • Überwachung und Einhaltung der vereinbarten Service-Level (SLA) sowie technischer Vorgaben✓
  • Sicherstellung von Qualitäts- und Arbeitsschutzstandards im Einsatz✓
  • Durchführung von Kundenreviews und Abstimmung mit den Kunden

Anforderungen:

  • Dein Profil✓
  • Erfahrung in der Führung und Entwicklung von Mitarbeitenden✓
  • Kenntnisse im FTTH-Ausbau✓
  • EU-Führerschein Klasse B✓
  • gute Deutschkenntnisse✓
  • technisches Verständnis und handwerkliche Affinität✓
  • selbstständige Arbeitsweise und ausgeprägtes Dienstleistungsbewusstsein
