Teamleiter Softwareentwicklung /

Product & Technology Lead Operator Software(m/w/d)

Die Aufgaben:

  • Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung des Softwareentwicklungsteams
  • Definition, Priorisierung und Steuerung der Software‑Inhalte (Product‑Owner‑Rolle für Software)
  • Aufbau, Pflege und Weiterentwicklung (z.B. Roadmapping) eines strategischen Software-Produktportfolios über den gesamten Produktlebenszyklus
  • Ableitung von Produktanforderungen aus Markt‑ und Kundenbedürfnissen und deren Produkt-& Nutzer-Erlebnis
  • Planung, Koordination und Verantwortung von Software‑Releases und Produkt‑Launches in enger interner Abstimmung (z. B. Hardware, Vertrieb, Service)

Die Anforderungen:

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium der Informatik oder vergleichbarer Fachrichtung
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Entwicklung (Hochsprachen, insbesondere C#), Einführung und dem Betrieb von Software‑Produkten (Idea – Launch – Operation – Obsolescence)
  • Erfahrung in der Führung agiler Software‑Entwicklungsteams (z. B. Scrum, Kanban) und deren inhaltliche Planung und Steuerung mittels sog. ALM Tools (z.B. Azure DevOps)
  • Strukturierte, analytische und strategische Arbeitsweise sowie ausgeprägte Kommunikations­fähigkeit
  • Durchführung regelmäßiger Dienstreisen zu unseren Kunden und Partnern vor Ort
