Ihre Aufgaben:
Vertretung der Logistikleitung bei Abwesenheit
Tägliche Planung und Steuerung von Kommissionierung, Verpackung und Versand
Operative Mitarbeit im Versand, insbesondere bei Export- und Sammelsendungen
Überwachung des Bereitstellungsbereichs und Klärung offener Sendungen mit Disposition und
Customer Service
Koordination mit Speditionen, Paketdienstleistern und der Exportabwicklung
Sicherstellung einer korrekten Chargen- und UDI-Dokumentation bei der Warenausgabe
Pflege von Lager- und Versanddaten in SAP Business One
Anleitung und Einarbeitung der Mitarbeitenden im Versand
Ihr Profil:
Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Fachkraft für Lagerlogistik, Kaufmann/-frau für Spedition und
Logistikdienstleistung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in Lager und Versand, idealerweise mit ersten Führungs- oder
Vertretungsaufgaben
Erfahrung im Versand ins Ausland, Kenntnisse in Exportdokumenten von Vorteil
Sicherer Umgang mit ERP-Systemen (SAP Business One von Vorteil) und MS Office
Organisationstalent, Zuverlässigkeit und eine anpackende Art
Gute Deutsch- und Grundkenntnisse in Englisch
