  • Beratung und Betreuung unserer Kunden im Verkaufshaus oder telefonisch rund um das Thema Pkw- und Nfz-Ersatzteile
  • Kalkulieren und Erstellen von Angeboten bis hin zur Auftragsabwicklung
  • Unterstützung der Verkaufshausleitung
  • fachliche Führung des Innendienstverkaufs und der Logistik
  • Förderung einer offenen und kooperativen Teamkultur, die Innovation und kontinuierliche Verbesserung fördert
  • Bearbeitung von Kundenreklamationen
  • Prüfung der Lagerbestände
  • Koordination von Dienstleistern (Reparaturen im Haus, Auslieferungsfahrer)
  • Erstellung von Dienstplänen
  • Dein Profil
  • abgeschlossene kaufmännische und / oder technische Ausbildung, auch Quereinsteiger sind willkommen
  • mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Kfz-Branche wünschenswert
  • Branchenkenntnisse und Führungserfahrung sind von Vorteil
  • Freude am direkten Kundenkontakt
  • sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office-Anwendungen
  • gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Selbstständigkeit, Eigeninitiative und eine hohe Einsatzbereitschaft
