Deine Aufgaben

  • Führung und Entwicklung des Lagerteams (Einsatzplanung, Motivation, Schulungen)
  • Sicherstellung effizienter Lagerprozesse (Wareneingang, Einlagerung, Kommissionierung, Versand)
  • Optimierung der Lagerorganisation und interner Abläufe
  • Identifikation und Umsetzung von Verbesserungsmaßnahmen zur Optimierung der Lagerprozesse
  • Überwachung der Qualitätsstandards, Arbeitssicherheit und Einhaltung gesetzlicher Vorgaben

Dein Profil

  • Eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Fachlagerist/in oder Fachkraft für Lagerlogistik (m/w/d) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Kenntnisse im Lagermanagement
  • Kenntnisse im Umgang mit Flurförderzeugen
  • gültiger Staplerschein zwingend erforderlich
  • Überdurchschnittliches Engagement und den Willen sich einzubringen
  • körperliche Belastbarkeit
  • Zuverlässigkeit, hohe Arbeitsmotivation und Teamfähigkeit
