Wir suchen Teamleiter bzw. Vorarbeiter (m/w/d) für unser Depot in Bremen in Voll- oder Teilzeitstelle.

  • ▶︎ Es werden aktuell 10 feste Touren bei GLS betreut.
  • ▶︎ Arbeitszeit: Ab 05:30 Uhr
  • ▶︎ Arbeitstage: Montag - Freitag
  • ▶︎ Teamleiter fährt eine feste Tour

▶︎ Aufgabenfeld

  • Betreuung zwischen Fahrer / Depot
  • Disponieren, Touren planen und vorbereiten
  • Unterstützung der Fahrer beim ausliefern
  • Unterstützung der Fahrer beim sortieren
  • sämtliche Organisation/ Planung rund um die Fahrer
  • Fahrer-Qualität verfolgen und verbessern

  • Sehr gute Vergütung !!!

  • ✅ Erfahrung in dem Bereich
  • ✅ Problemlösungsfähigkeit und Kreativität bei der Lösungsfindung
  • ✅ Führerschein Klasse B
  • ✅ Erfahrung im Management
  • ✅ Erfahrung mit Microsoft Office-Programmen
  • ✅ Deutsch Kenntnisse mindestens B2-Niveau
