  • Über unsDie TÜV Rheinland CERT GmbH (CERT), ein Teil des Unternehmensbereichs TÜV Rheinland People undamp; Business Assurance, steht für höchste Kompetenz und Qualität in der Auditierung undamp; Zertifizierung von Unternehmen nach den gängigen Management Systemstandards wie ISO 9001, ISO 14001 oder ISO 27001; aber auch Spezialstandards wie IATF, IFS oder EN9100.
  • Das Team Mobility konzentriert sich auf die Zertifizierung von Unternehmen des Mobilitätssektors, insbesondere der Automobil,- Luftfahrt- und Schienenwesen nach den einschlägigen Standards dieser Industrien, z.B. IATF 16949, EN 9100ff und 22163 (IRIS). Wir sind ein Team von ca. 20 internen Auditor*innen und FachexpertInnen sowie einer Vielzahl von externen Auditor*innen.

  • Tätigkeiten undamp; Verantwortlichkeiten
  • Als Teamleiter*in Auditorenteam Mobility (w/m/d) leitest du das Mobility-Team fachlich und disziplinarisch.
  • Du trägst die Pundamp;L-Verantwortung für deinen Tätigkeitsbereich und gibst wichtige Impulse für die Weiterentwicklung und den Ausbau des Produktportfolios ,,Mobility''.
  • Du arbeitest zusammen mit den fachlichen Leitungen der jeweiligen Zertifizierungsstandards und verantwortest in diesem Zusammenhang die fachliche Aus- und Weiterbildung deines Teams.
  • Mit unseren externen Kunden trittst du aktiv in Kontakt, berätst hinsichtlich unseres Produktportfolios und klärst im Bedarfsfall auch Konflikte.
  • Du unterstützt fachlich den Bereich Sales hinsichtlich aller Produkte und Vertriebsaktivitäten im Bereich ,,Mobility''.
  • Erfahrung undamp; weitere Qualifikationen
  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im technischen oder betriebswirtschaftlichen Bereich erforderlich
  • Fundierte Berufserfahrung in Unternehmen des Luftfahrt-, Automobil- oder Schienensektors sowie idealerweise in der Zertifizierung nach den relevanten Standards (z.B. EN 9100, IATF 16949 oder ISO 22163)
  • 3 - 5 Jahre disziplinarische Führungserfahrung mit Profit undamp; Loss-Verantwortung erforderlich
  • Eine bestehende Auditoren-Zulassung ist von Vorteil, alternativ Bereitschaft zur Weiterbildung hinsichtlich einer Auditoren-Zulassung
  • Gute Kenntnisse im Qualitätsmanagement sowie sehr Gute betriebswirtschaftliche Kenntnisse
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (C1) sowie gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (B2)
