Wir suchen für unser Motel-Inn zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt

eine Teamleitung(m/w/d) Buchhaltung/Finanz- und Lohnbuchhaltung in Voll- oder Teilzeit

Aufgaben:

  • Eigenständige Finanzbuchhaltung sowie Lohn-und Gehaltsabrechnung
  • Begleitung bzw. Erstellung von Monats-und Jahresabschlüssen
  • Fachliche Führung und Koordination des Buchhaltungsteams
  • Kontrolle Weiterentwicklung interner Abläufe und Prozesse
  • Ansprechpartner für die Geschäftsleitung

Profil: 

  • Fundierte Berufserfahrung in Finanz-und Lohnbuchhaltung
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Datev
  • Sicher in der eigenständigen Verbuchung laufender Geschäftsvorfälle
  • Gute Kenntnisse im Lohnsteuer-, Sozialversicherungs- und Rechnungswesen
  • Führungserfahrung und Bereitschaft fachliche Verantwortung zu übernehmen
  • Diskretion und selbstständige, strukturierte und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise
