Responsibilities:

  • Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung als auch die Weiterentwicklung unseres Teams von 7 Mitarbeitenden
  • Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen und effizienten Ablaufs des Customer Service und Supply Chain Managements mit Fokus auf Wirtschaftlichkeit und Kundenzufriedenheit
  • Analyse, Optimierung und kontinuierliche Verbesserung von Prozessen sowie Aufbau und Steuerung über geeignete KPI-Systeme
  • Weiterentwicklung der IT-Systeme (SAP, Planung, Konfigurator) zur Vereinfachung und Automatisierung von Prozessen
  • Verantwortung für SCM-Themen im APQP-Prozess sowie Sicherstellung logistischer Reifegrade in Kundenprojekten

Qualifications:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder Studium im Bereich Logistik, Betriebswirtschaft, Supply Chain Management oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Berufs- und Führungserfahrung im beschriebenen Aufgabengebiet idealweise im Automotiv-Umfeld
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit komplexen Produktions- und Lieferkettenstrukturen
  • Kenntnisse in der Umsetzung von Veränderungs- und Optimierungsprojekten
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in SAP
  • Ausgeprägtes analytisches Denk- und Durchsetzungsvermögen sowie hohe Zahlen-Affinität
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
