Aufgaben, Kompetenzen und Verantwortung

  • Fachliche Leitung der Elektromontage/-Werkstatt mit derzeit 8 Mitarbeitern (ca. 50% Teamleitung und 50% Mitarbeit)
  • Weiterentwicklungspotenziale erkennen und fördern
  • Installation und Inbetriebnahmen der Anlagen
  • Analysieren und Beheben von Fehlern und Störungen an elektrischen und elektronischen Anlagen
  • Aufbau von Schaltschränken und Steuerungsanlagen
  • Gelegentliche Montagen beim Kunden

Fachliche Anforderungen

  • Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung im elektrotechnischen Bereich (Elektriker, Elektroniker) bevorzugt mit einer Fortbildung zum Meister oder Techniker
  • Erfahrungen mit Siemens S7-Steuerungen, TIA Portal und E-Plan
  • Erfahrungen im Schaltschrankbau sind wünschenswert
  • Sicherer Umgang mit dem PC und Kenntnisse in den MS-Office-Anwendungen
