Die Hauskrankenpflege Nordlicht GmbH ist ein engagierter ambulanter Pflegedienst mit Schwerpunkt in der außerklinischen Intensivpflege.

Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir für unsere Intensivwohngruppe in Stralsund eine verantwortungsbewusste und motivierte Teamleitung (m/w/d) in Vollzeit.

  • Ihre Aufgaben
  • Fachliche und organisatorische Leitung des Pflegeteams in der Intensivwohngruppe
  • Sicherstellung einer qualitativ hochwertigen pflegerischen Versorgung unserer intensivpflichtigen Klient:innen
  • Dienst- und Urlaubsplanung sowie Personaleinsatzsteuerung
  • Einarbeitung, Anleitung und Unterstützung der Mitarbeitenden
  • Kommunikation mit Angehörigen, Ärzt:innen und Therapeut:innen
  • Umsetzung und Weiterentwicklung von Pflege- und Qualitätsstandards
  • Dokumentation und Sicherstellung der Einhaltung gesetzlicher Vorgaben
  • Ihr Profil:
  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Pflegefachkraft (z. B. Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger:in, Altenpfleger:in oder Pflegefachfrau/-mann (m/w/d))
  • Basiskurs für außerklinische Beatmung\*\* oder Qualifikation als \*\*Pflegeexperte für außerklinische Beatmung
  • Leitungserfahrung\*\* in der Pflege
  • Führerschein Klasse B
  • Organisationstalent, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Teamfähigkeit
  • Empathie im Umgang mit Klient:innen und Angehörigen
  • Unser Angebot:
  • Attraktives Gehalt von ca. 4.500 € brutto monatlich
  • Bis zu 34 Tage Urlaub pro Jahr
