  • Fachliche und disziplinarische Leitung des Kalkulationsteams für Bad Rappenau und Eschenbach i. d. Oberpfalz
  • Steuerung, Priorisierung und Sicherstellung effizienter Abläufe innerhalb der Kalkulation
  • Enge Abstimmung mit Vertrieb, Produktion und Einkauf zur Sicherstellung wettbewerbsfähiger Angebote
  • Verantwortung für das Angebotscontrolling sowie Ableitung von Maßnahmen zur Ergebnisverbesserung
  • Eigenverantwortliche Erstellung von Angebotskalkulationen sowie Festlegung marktgerechter Preise
  • Kompetente Beratung und Unterstützung unserer Kunden bei Angebotsfragen
  • Erstellung von Auswertungen und Reports für das Angebotscontrolling

Überzeugen Sie uns mit Ihrem Profil:

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium oder vergleichbare Qualifikation im Bereich Drucktechnik, Verpackungstechnik, Betriebswirtschaft oder ähnlich
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Kalkulation, idealerweise in der Druck- oder Verpackungsindustrie
  • Führungserfahrung sowie ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit
  • Analytisches Denkvermögen und eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Sicherer Umgang mit ERP-Systemen und MS Office
  • Reisebereitschaft
  • Kundenorientiertes Auftreten und Verhandlungsgeschick
