Ihre Aufgaben

  • · Koordinierung und Abwicklung der MDK- und Kassenanfragen in enger Zusammenarbeit mit der Abteilungsleitung Medizincontrolling
  • · Operatives Medizincontrolling und Sicherstellung der zeitnahen, vollständigen und korrekten Kodierung/Abrechnung
  • · Aufbereitung von Daten und Statistiken
  • · Ansprechpartner für jegliche Interessensgruppen in Fragen der Kodierung, Dokumentation und Abrechnung
  • · Fachliche Führung und Unterstützung des Teams Klinische Kodierung

Anforderungen

  • · Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Gesundheitswesen, idealerweise mit abgeschlossenem Studium im Gesundheitsmanagement oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • · Einschlägige Berufserfahrung im Medizincontrolling, idealerweise ergänzt durch erste Führungserfahrung
  • · Gute Kenntnisse des DRG-Systems sowie sicherer Umgang mit Fallkodierung und Krankenhausabrechnung
  • · Medizinischer Sachverstand hinsichtlich Diagnosen und Behandlungen/Prozeduren sowie der zugehörigen klinischen Prozesse
  • · Erfahrung im Bereich der Abrechnungsprüfungen durch den Medizinischen Dienst und den Krankenkassen
  • · Sicheres, ergebnisorientiertes und zugleich dienstleistungsorientiertes Auftreten
