Wir suchen Dich als

  • Teamleitung Konfektionierung (m/w/d)
  • in Dauertag- oder Nachtschicht Das machst du bei uns:
  • Du übernimmst die fachliche Führung und Anleitung eines Teams innerhalb der Tag- oder Nachtschicht
  • Du bist für die Vorbereitung unterschiedlicher Abfüllanlagen zuständig und steuerst sowie überwachst die Produktionsvorgänge
  • Du dokumentierst Produktions- und Prüfprozesse – bei Abweichungen leitest du deine Erkenntnisse umgehend weiter
  • Du überprüfst die Qualität, Hygiene und Effizienz entlang der Produktionsprozesse
  • Du stehst im regelmäßigen Austausch mit der Produktionsleitung
  • Das bringst du mit:
  • Idealerweise Berufserfahrung in Produktionsabläufen
  • Grundlegendes Verständnis für Qualität, Hygiene und Arbeitssicherheit
  • Entscheidungsfähigkeit und Entscheidungsbereitschaft sowie Durchsetzungsvermögen
  • Hohe Belastbarkeit und Flexibilität
  • Idealerweise Kenntnisse in MS Office (Basic)
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse
