  • Wir sind ein mittelständisches Speditionsunternehmen, welches sich auf dem Sektor Möbel-Logistik spezialisiert hat.
  • Für unsere Niederlassung in Ottendorf- Okrilla suchen wir Sie als Teamleitung Kundenservice (m/w/d)

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Koordination des Tagesgeschäfts im Bereich Kundenservice
  • Koordination von Mitarbeitern und Verteilung der Aufgaben
  • Avisierung von Kundenterminen zur Auslieferung
  • Tägliche Abrechnung von Tourenpapieren
  • Kommunikation per Telefon und Mail mit den Auftraggebern, Subunternehmern, Auslieferteams und Endkundeng
  • Koordination der Montageaufträge in Abstimmung mit den Disponenten
  • Sicherstellung der Kundenzufriedenheit und der Qualitätsanforderungen der Mandanten
  • Führung der Mitarbeiter Standort Okrilla
  • Personaleinsatz- und Urlaubsplanung
  • Durchführung von Schulungen im Bereich Auslieferung, Lagerbewirtschaftung und Büroablauf (gem. vorgefertigten Schulungsplänen)

Ihr Profil:

  • abgeschlossene kaufmännische Berufsausbildung
  • mehrjährige Erfahrung im kaufmännischen Bereich
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Microsoft Office, insbesondere Word, Excel und Outlook
  • Belastbarkeit, Zuverlässigkeit, Flexibilität, schnelle Auffassungsgabe sowie eigenständige Arbeits- und Denkweise
  • Führungserfahrung
