Für unseren Mandanten in Gießen suchen wir im Rahmen einer Personalvermittlung eine engagierte Teamleitung für den Leitstand im Warenausgang. In dieser Position verbinden Sie die Steuerung logistischer Abläufe mit der Führung und Weiterentwicklung Ihres Teams.

  • Aufgabe:
  • Überwachung und Steuerung der technischen Systeme WAMAS, SAP EWM und SAP ERP
  • Identifikation von Systemabweichungen und Einleitung geeigneter Maßnahmen
  • Planung und Koordination von Aufträgen aus unterschiedlichen Unternehmensbereichen
  • Steuerung und Optimierung des Materialflusses sowie Planung der Routenzugtransporte
  • Orrganisation und Abstimmung von Instandhaltungsmaßnahmen
  • Führung, Entwicklung und Einsatzplanung der Mitarbeitenden
  • Verteilung der Aufträge und Sicherstellung einer termingerechten Abwicklung
  • Qualifikation:
  • Abgeschlossene fachspezifische Berufsausbildung mit weiterführender Fachqualifikation, beispielsweise als Logistikmeister (IHK)
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Logistik, im Leitstand oder im Materialflussmanagement
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in SAP EWM, SAP ERP und WAMAS
  • Ausgeprägtes Verständnis für Prozesse und technische Systemzusammenhänge
  • Erfahrung in der Mitarbeiterführung und überzeugende Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
  • Analytisches Denkvermögen und eine strukturierte, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Teamgeist, Organisationsgeschick und Eigeninitiative
  • Motivation, bestehende Prozesse kontinuierlich weiterzuentwickeln
