## Das sind Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Koordinierung des Tagesgeschäfts von Wareneingang, Lagerung, Kommissionierung, Verpackung und Versand
  • Gestaltung von Einsatz- und Tourenplänen und Überwachung der Arbeits-, Lenk- und Ruhezeiten
  • Selbständige Transportabwicklung und Sicherstellung der termingerechten Belieferung unserer Kunden
  • Erstellung von Versand- und Exportdokumenten
  • Ständige Verbesserung und Weiterentwicklung der Lagerprozesse
  • Terminkoordination von Instandsetzungs- und Wartungsarbeiten des Fuhrparks
  • Steuerung und Weiterentwicklung der Mitarbeiter in der Logistik
  • Planung des Personaleinsatzes und Kapazitätssteuerung

## Das zeichnet Sie aus:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich Logistik, z.B. als Kaufmann/-frau für Spedition und Logistikdienstleistung, vorzugsweise mit einer weiterführenden Qualifikation
  • Erfahrungen in einem Speditions- bzw. Logistikunternehmen sowie der LKW-Disposition von Vorteil
  • Kenntnisse im Bereich Zollverfahren von Vorteil
  • Führungskompetenz und Kommunikationsstärke
  • Sicheres und freundliches Auftreten im Umgang mit Mitarbeitern, Kunden und Lieferanten
  • Selbständiges und strukturiertes Arbeiten sowie Flexibilität und Belastbarkeit
  • Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
