# Ihre Aufgaben

  • Fachliche Teamleitung im Bereich Facility Management (Haustechnik, Hausmeister, Grünanlagen)
  • Perspektivisch fachliche Teamleitung mit Personalverantwortung
  • Sicherstellung reibungsloser Betrieb der Gebäude und technischen Anlagen
  • Verantwortung für den sicheren, funktionsfähigen und wirtschaftlichen Betrieb der Gebäude und technischen Anlagen
  • Planung, Steuerung und dokumentierte Umsetzung von Wartungs-, Instandhaltungs- und Sanierungsmaßnahmen
  • Operative Steuerung externer Partner, Verantwortung für das Teambudget

# Ihre Qualifikation

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich Facility Management oder vergleichbare technische Ausbildung mit mehrjähriger Berufserfahrung
  • Kenntnisse/Erfahrung in der Administration von Gebäude-Infrastruktur/-technik sowie in den Bereichen Brandschutz, Schließtechnik, Zutrittskontrolle und Instandhaltung
  • Fundiertes Wissen zu den relevanten gesetzlichen Bestimmungen
  • Erfahrung in der Führung & Entwicklung von Teams
  • Strukturierte, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise, sicheres Auftreten und verbindliche Kommunikation
  • Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Dienstleistungsorientierung und Resilienz runden Ihr Profil ab
