Anforderungen

  • Abgeschlossene handwerklich-technische Berufsausbildung (z. B. Schreiner/in, Holzbearbeitungsmechaniker/in oder Industriemechaniker/in)
  • Weiterbildung zum/zur Techniker/in, Meister/in oder technischen Betriebswirt/in
  • Fundierte Erfahrung in einer leitenden Funktion in einem vergleichbaren Produktions- oder Fertigungsumfeld
  • Ausgeprägtes technisches Verständnis und Fachwissen in mindestens einer relevanten Technologie, insbesondere Schreinerei oder CNC-Holzbearbeitung
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office und SAP (PS5)
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift; Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil
  • Lösungsorientiertes Denken, strukturierte Umsetzungskompetenz sowie souveränes, verbindliches Auftreten

Aufgaben

  • Leitung und gezielte Weiterentwicklung eines Fertigungsteams mit rund 70 Mitarbeitenden entlang des gesamten Prozesses – von der CNC-Bearbeitung bis zur Montage
  • Sicherstellung einer effizienten Fertigung im Hinblick auf Qualität, Liefertermine und Wirtschaftlichkeit
  • Erkennen von Optimierungspotenzialen und Umsetzung geeigneter Maßnahmen zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung von Prozessen und Produktivität
  • Gewährleistung der TQM-Standards, Begleitung von Audits sowie Sicherstellung der Einhaltung geltender Arbeitsschutz- und UVV-Vorgaben
  • Mitwirkung an Projekten zur Weiterentwicklung des Bereichs sowie Übernahme von Vertretungsaufgaben innerhalb des Verantwortungsbereichs
