Zusammen mit den sonstigen betreuten Wohnformen bietet die TKJ Dithmarschen GmbH insgesamt rund 30 Kindern, Jugendlichen und jungen Erwachsenen einen festen Platz und die Möglichkeit, für ein neues Zuhause und/oder ein zweites Zuhause auf Zeit.

  • Wir erbringen stationäre Hilfen über Tag und Nacht für Kinder, Jugendliche sowie junge Erwachsene als:
  • Hilfe zur Erziehung nach § 34 SGB VIII (Heimerziehung)
  • Eingliederungshilfe nach § 35a SGB VIII (für seelisch beeinträchtigte Kinder und Jugendliche)
  • -- Hilfe für junge Volljährige nach § 41 SGB VIII (in Verbindung mit §§ 34, 35a SGB VIII)

Wir suchen zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt eine Teamleitung für unsere Wohngruppe in Dörpling mit entsprechender Qualifikation.

Anforderungen:

  • staatlich anerkannte:r Erzieher:in oder höherwertige Qualifikation mit mind. fünfjähriger Berufserfahrung
  • Führerschein Klasse B für Fahrten zur Schule, Arztbesuche etc. (Auto für Dienstfahrten wird gestellt)
  • eigener PKW zum Erreichen der Einrichtung von Vorteil
  • die Bereitschaft, im Rahmen eines flexiblen Dienstplanes auch am Wochenende zum Einsatz zu kommen
