Ihre Aufgaben

  • Leitung eines Teams mit ca.10 MitarbeiterInnen
  • Bearbeitung von schwierigen Einzelfällen
  • eigenständige Rechtsmittelsachbearbeitung bis zur Vorlage beim Regierungspräsidium
  • Koordination und Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Institutionen
  • Mitarbeit bei der Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung der elektronischen Aktenführung
  • Umsetzung und Begleitung neuer digitaler Prozesse und IT-Anwendungen im Schwerbehindertenrecht

Ihr Profil

  • B.A. Public Management, Dipl.-Verwaltungswirt (m/w/d), Verwaltungsfachwirt (m/w/d) oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Führungserfahrung von Vorteil
  • umfassende Kenntnisse im Sozial- und Verwaltungsrecht
  • ausgeprägte Entscheidungs- und Delegationskompetenz
  • Überzeugungskraft und Konfliktfähigkeit
  • Belastbarkeit und Kundenorientiertheit
  • IT-Affinität und Bereitschaft zur kontinuierlichen Weiterentwicklung digitaler Arbeitsprozesse

Ihre Perspektive

Die Stelle wird mit einem Stellenanteil von 100 % ausgeschrieben und bietet je nach Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung Entwicklungsmöglichkeiten bis Entgeltgruppe 10 TVöD / Besoldungsgruppe A 11 LBesO. Dienstort ist Karlsruhe.
