  • Teamleitung: Führung, Entwicklung und organisatorische Steuerung des Teams Lösungsmanagement
  • Demand- & Governance-Steuerung: Priorisierung von Vorhaben sowie Sicherstellung von Projekt-Governance und Quality Gates
  • Ganzheitliche Lösungsentwicklung : Integration von Prozessen, IT, Daten und Organisation in tragfähige Ende-zu-Ende gedachte Lösungen
  • Projekt- & Ressourcensteuerung: Steuerung von Kapazitäten, Controlling und Reporting
  • Framework-Weiterentwicklung: Weiterentwicklung des Projektmanagement-Frameworks (klassisch, agil, hybrid) und der Veränderungskompetenz der Bank
  • Cross-funktionale Zusammenarbeit: Förderung bereichsübergreifender Zusammenarbeit und Steuerung externer Partner

\*\*🎯 Damit überzeugen Sie uns:\*\*

  • Ausbildung/Studium: Kaufmännische Ausbildung (idealerweise Bank) oder betriebswirtschaftliches Studium
  • Berufserfahrung: Mehrjährige Erfahrung im relevanten Tätigkeitsbereich
  • Teamsteuerung: Nachweisbare Erfahrung in der Führung und Steuerung crossfunktionaler Teams
  • Projektmanagement: Fundierte Kenntnisse im klassischen, agilen oder hybriden Projektmanagement
  • Strategische & analytische Kompetenz: Ausgeprägte Problemlösungsfähigkeit, Lösungsorientierung sowie strategisches Denken und Handeln verbunden mit ausgeprägtem technischen Interesse
  • Kommunikationsstärke: Hohe Fähigkeit, komplexe Themen klar zu vermitteln und bereichsübergreifend zusammenzuarbeiten
