  • für die ordnungsgemäße Abwicklung der Entgeltabrechnung für rund
  • 1.200 Mitarbeitende Operative Unterstützung der Entgeltabrechnung in
  • Vertretungssituationen Betreuung und Beratung von Führungskräften
  • sowie internen Stakeholdern an verschiedenen Standorten
  • Kontinuierliche Analyse und Optimierung bestehender Payroll-Prozesse
  • und Reportingsysteme Ihr Profil Eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene
  • kaufmännische Ausbildung, gerne mit fachspezifischer Weiterbildung
  • oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation Fundierte Berufserfahrung im
  • Payrollbereich 3-5 Jahre fachliche Führungsverantwortung, gerne auch
  • in der disziplinarischen Mitarbeiterführung Sicherer Umgang mit SAP
  • S4 Hana / Success Factors Gute Englischgrundkenntnisse Hohes Maß an
  • Kommunikationsstärke, Selbstsicherheit sowie eine proaktive
