# Teamleiter/in Produktion (m/w/d)

Die ZFB ZENTRUM FÜR BUCHERHALTUNG GmbH in Leipzig ist Spezialist für die Erhaltung und Restaurierung wertvoller Bücher, Akten und Archivbestände. Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir eine engagierte Führungspersönlichkeit, die mitdenkt, anpackt und den Überblick behält.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Team führen: Sie leiten ein Produktionsteam, verteilen Aufgaben und sorgen für klare Abläufe.
  • Aufträge koordinieren: Sie organisieren und begleiten Kundenaufträge vom Wareneingang bis zum Abschluss.
  • Qualität sichern: Sie kontrollieren Arbeitsergebnisse und stellen die Einhaltung unserer Qualitäts- und Leistungsvorgaben sicher.
  • Prozesse steuern: Sie planen Arbeitsabläufe, behalten Termine und Materialien im Blick und finden Lösungen.
  • Kommunikation gestalten: Sie arbeiten eng mit Produktionsleitung und Vertrieb zusammen.

Das bringen Sie mit

  • abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Buchbinder, Qualifikation im Bereich Papierrestaurierung oder eine vergleichbare fachliche Ausbildung
  • idealerweise Erfahrung in der Führung und Anleitung von Mitarbeitenden
  • Organisationstalent, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Durchsetzungsvermögen
  • selbstständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • sicherer Umgang mit dem Computer und digitalen Arbeitsmitteln
