  • Organisatorische und disziplinarische Teamleitung der Schlosserei
  • Verantwortung für termingerechte Auftragsabwicklung
  • Aufbau und Optimierung von Strukturen, Prozessen und Abläufen
  • Planung, Einteilung und Steuerung der Mitarbeitereinsätze
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Abteilungen
  • Mitwirkung bei ERP-Implementierung und Gestaltung der Arbeitsumgebung
  • Weiterentwicklung der Lagerorganisation und Sicherstellung des Arbeitsschutzes
  • Produktive Mitarbeit: MAG- und WIG-Schweißen, Bearbeitung von Metallbauteilen, Bohren, Drehen, Fräsen, Schleifen
  • Qualitätsmanagement: Schweißaufsicht, Beauftragter für die EN-1090-Zertifizierung, Lieferantenprüfung, Endkontrolle und Dokumentation

## Was Sie auszeichnet:

  • Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung im Metallhandwerk mit Weiterbildung zum Meister oder Techniker
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position sowie nachweisbare Führungserfahrung
  • Sicherer Umgang mit ERP-Systemen und den gängigen Microsoft-Office-Programmen
  • Gültige Schweißzertifikate im MAG-Verfahren (135)
  • Teamfähig, belastbar und flexibel mit hoher Einsatzbereitschaft und Qualitätsbewusstsein
  • Ziel- und ergebnisorientierte, selbstständige Arbeitsweise
  • Analytisches und empathisches Denkvermögen sowie ausgeprägtes Durchsetzungsvermögen
  • Strukturiertes, lösungsorientiertes und impulsgebendes Handeln
