You will balance multiple priorities, from responding to urgent production issues to planning long-term platform enhancements. Internal stakeholders include Global Logistics operations teams, software engineers, product managers, and business intelligence analysts. Your customers are both internal teams who rely on seamless data flow and external logistics partners who integrate with Amazon's systems. You will solve problems related to data accuracy, system reliability, integration scalability, and process automation.
