Tech & Production Director

SUMMARY

The Tech & Production Director partners closely with the Worship Director & Media Director and reports to

the Worship & Production Team Lead. This role provides leadership for the church's Production Teams while

overseeing all technology systems across the Main Street Church campus. The Tech & Production Director

equips volunteers, stewards technical resources, and ensures the church's production environments, IT

infrastructure, and technology systems effectively support worship services, ministry programs, staff, and the

mission of Main Street Church.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

IT Tech Systems Leader

IT Systems Technology Leadership

Provide leadership for the church's technology infrastructure by overseeing production systems, video, networking, computers, software platforms, and facility technology.

Ensure technology systems are reliable, secure, well-maintained, and aligned with the ministry needs of Main Street Church while providing excellence in all production environments.

Provide administrative leadership for the church's technology through planning, scheduling, communication, budgeting, and systems management.

Steward technical resources while supporting staff and ministry leaders with dependable technology, effective workflows, and ongoing technical expertise.

FOH Production Leader

Building and Caring for the FOH Production Team - Equip and develop the FOH Production Team volunteers through intentional training, coaching, and leadership development. Build healthy, sustainable teams capable of serving across all production disciplines while fostering a culture of spiritual growth, collaboration, ownership, and excellence.

Graphic/Web Design Leader

Leadership in Design

Serves as the visual ‘Brand ambassador’ for Main Street Church in Graphic design & Signage for all departments. Ensures continuity with our Brand and creates sub-brands as needed. Has an eye for design; can both create and edit designs.

Administration & Technical Support

Provide administrative leadership for the church's technology and production ministries through planning, scheduling, communication, budgeting, and systems management.

Steward technical resources while supporting staff and ministry leaders with dependable technology, effective workflows, and ongoing technical expertise.

PERFORMANCE OUTCOMES

Systems are built and developed to address the technical needs of the church. These systems are reliable, secure, and well-maintained, enabling staff and ministry teams to serve effectively with minimal disruption.

Weekend services and ministry events are supported by high-quality production environments that consistently foster meaningful and distraction-free worship experiences.

FOH Production volunteers are equipped, engaged, and growing spiritually and technically, creating a healthy, sustainable team culture with confident leaders and volunteers.

Technology systems and production environments continually improve through thoughtful planning, innovation, and strategic investment that supports the long-term ministry vision of Main Street Church.

Technical resources, equipment, and ministry budgets are stewarded wisely through proactive maintenance, effective planning, and responsible financial oversight.
