Tech Talent Acquisition Lead
We’re looking for a Tech Talent Acquisition Lead to lead recruitment across Pigment’s R&D organization, including Engineering, Product, IT, and Security.You will manage a team of three full-time Tech Talent Acquisition Managers, supported by external RPO partners when needed. Your role will be to develop the team, define the Tech recruitment strategy, and act as a trusted partner to R&D leaders.While this is primarily a leadership role, you will remain hands-on by managing selected strategic or complex searches.
What you’ll do
Lead and empower the Tech TA team
Manage, coach, and develop a team of three Tech Talent Acquisition Managers
Create a healthy and collaborative environment built on trust, transparency, and shared accountability
Leverage the team’s expertise and give each member the autonomy to own their roles, stakeholders, and projects
Set clear priorities and allocate resources based on the hiring plan, business needs, and team capacity
Support the team with complex searches, stakeholder challenges, and offer negotiations
Define the Tech recruitment strategy
Build the recruitment strategy based on Pigment’s workforce plan, hiring priorities, and talent-market conditions
Translate the hiring plan into a clear roadmap for the team
Anticipate hiring needs, capacity constraints, risks, and dependencies
Develop tailored strategies for critical or hard-to-fill roles
Adjust priorities and approaches based on business changes, market insights, and recruitment data
Partner with R&D leaders
Act as the main Talent Acquisition partner for R&D leadership and Hiring Managers
Align stakeholders on hiring priorities, target profiles, assessment criteria, and timelines
Provide clear visibility into pipeline health, progress, risks, and team capacity
Use data and market insights to guide decisions, challenge assumptions, and recommend actions
Coach Hiring Managers and interviewers to improve assessment quality and decision-making
Help unblock complex situations and maintain efficient hiring processes
Remain hands-on
Own selected strategic, senior, or complex searches end-to-end
Proactively identify and engage high-quality candidates
Build effective sourcing, assessment, and closing strategies
Support offer negotiations and closing when needed
Ensure a consistent and high-quality candidate experience
Improve hiring performance
Track key metrics, including pipeline health, conversion rates, time-to-hire, offer acceptance, and source effectiveness
Assess progress against the hiring plan and identify areas for improvement
Improve recruitment processes, workflows, and tools
Maintain consistent and scalable hiring practices across R&D
Lead initiatives such as interviewer training, talent mapping, candidate experience, and Tech employer branding
Who you are
You have strong experience in Tech Talent Acquisition, ideally in a fast-growing and international environment
You have experience managing/mentoring and developing a Talent Acquisition team
You know how to create a collaborative environment while giving people autonomy and holding them accountable
You can translate a hiring plan into a clear recruitment strategy and priorities
You are comfortable advising, influencing, and challenging senior stakeholders
You are hands-on and enjoy managing strategic or complex searches
You are data-driven and use recruitment metrics and market insights to guide decisions
You bring clarity and structure to complex, fast-changing environments
You care deeply about hiring quality and candidate experience
