Die Gebäudetechnik Schindler GmbH & Co.KG ist ein Spezialist für Flächenheiz-/ Kühlsysteme, Betonkernaktivierung und Geothermieanlagen im industriellen Standard.

Zur Ergänzung unseres Teams und die Erreichung unserer ehrgeizigen Ziele suchen wir ab sofort für den Standort Teunz in Vollzeit TECHN. SYSTEMPLANER/ -IN (M/W/D) MIT PROJEKTVERANWORTUNG.

UNSERE AUFGABEN – IHRE PERSPEKTIVE

  • Erstellung von CAD-Zeichnungen für die technische Gebäudeausrüstung
  • Anfertigen von technischen Planungs- und Begleitunterlagen, z.B. Dokumentation, technischen Erläuterungen und Beschreibungen
  • Grundlagen exakter Berechnungen von Heiz- und Kühlanlagen
  • Berechnung von Materialbedarf und Erstellung von Stücklisten auf Grundlage Ihrer Zeichnungen
  • Übernahme von Projektverantwortlichkeit in Bezug auf Abwicklung (Zeit, Qualität, Erfolg), Kommunikation mit Kunden und Lieferanten und Leitung des internen Projektteams.

UNSERE ERWARTUNG – IHRE FÄHIGKEITEN

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Bauzeichner/ -in, techn. Zeichner/-in, techn. Systemplaner/ -in, abgeschlossenes technisches Studium, langjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Heizungs-/Trockenbau oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
  • Sicherer Umgang mit PC und den Planungstools
  • Berufserfahrung wünschenswert, jedoch keine Bedingung
  • Sorgfältigkeit, Präzision und ein Auge für das richtige Detail
  • Motivation, Leistungsbereitschaft sowie die Bereitschaft in einem jungen Team mitzuarbeiten
  • Kommunikationsbereitschaft intern/ extern
  • Übernahme von Verantwortung in Hinblick auf den Projekterfolg
  • Bedingte Reisebereitschaft
