What You’ll Do

· Lead architecture and design for Vendor/Customer Incentives and Rebates Management platforms (accruals, settlements, compliance)

· Define and deliver end-to-end solution architectures aligned to enterprise standards and business strategy

· Build and evaluate business cases, ROI models, and analytical frameworks to support investment decisions

· Drive large-scale business and technology transformations across commercial and finance domains

· Partner with stakeholders to translate complex business needs into scalable, secure, and compliant solutions

· Provide consulting expertise in business process optimization and strategic transformation initiatives

· Leverage SAP Vistex V4, S/4HANA, AI, and cloud platforms to modernize and automate enterprise capabilities

· Lead cross-functional teams and mentor engineers to drive adoption of architecture best practices

Basic Requirements

· 8+ years of experience in solution architecture, enterprise systems, or related roles

· Proven experience with Vendor/Customer Incentives or Rebates Management systems

· Hands-on expertise in SAP Vistex V4 and S/4HANA environments

· Strong experience in solution architecture design and enterprise integration

· Demonstrated ability to build and evaluate business cases and financial models

· Experience leading large-scale transformation programs

· Consulting experience in business process design, optimization, or strategy

· Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement skills

Preferred Skills/Experience

· Experience with AI/ML-driven insights and automation in commercial platforms

· Knowledge of cloud-native architectures (Azure, AWS, or GCP)

· Familiarity with compliance, audit, and regulatory requirements in rebate systems

· Experience integrating incentives platforms with ERP, finance, and sales systems

· Strong understanding of data architecture and analytics frameworks

· Track record of influencing executive stakeholders and driving adoption

The pay range shown below is aligned with McKesson's pay philosophy, and pay will always be compliant with any applicable regulations. In addition to base pay, other compensation, such as an annual bonus or long-term incentive opportunities may be offered.
