Job Description Summary

Technical Assistant -Warehouse required.

Job Description

  • Quality and Compliance:
  • 1. cGMP Compliance in entire manufacturing area and SOP compliance on all aspects.
  • 2. To ensure zero overdue on trainings.
  • 3. Follow ALCOA++ and ready for any time inspection.
  • 4. Responsible to face regulatory and customer audits.
  • 5. Ensure to follow quality culture in organization.
  • Key Responsibilities :
  • 1. Cleaning of warehouse on day-to-day basis as per SOP. Cleaning of racks, walls, ceiling and dispensing accessories as per SOP.
  • 2. Cleaning of sampling and dispensing booth.
  • 3. Environmental monitoring and updation of documents.
  • 4. Ensure the Daily Verification & Tri monthly calibration of Warehouse balances as per SOP.
  • 5. Responsible to perform the supervisor activity for cleaning, line clearance and dispensing during routine operations.
  • 6. Dispensing of raw material and packing material as per Batch document and SOP.
  • 7. Perform the dispensing activities through Formweigh.Net system.
  • 8. Coordination with QC person for sampling of Raw & Packing materials.
  • 9. Receipt, storage of raw material and packing material as per SOP.
  • 10. Unloading of material during receipt and loading of FG during dispatch.
  • 11. ERP updation for all warehouse transactions. Updation of Locations in ERP as per physical.
  • 12. Obtain On the job and SOP training from Supervisor / Head of the department.
  • 13. Follow the Supervisors instruction, company regulation and cGMP requirements.
  • 14. To ensure the documentation is done online and accurate.
  • 15. To ensure all warehouse records are filled and signed online by the personnel.
  • 16. Any other activities assigned by the Supervisor / Head of the department.
