Job Description

We're seeking a skilled Technical Associate to join our team and work with state-of-the-art equipment while maintaining high-quality production standards. As a Technical Associate, you will be responsible for the following:

RESPONSIBILITIES

• •Operating, optimizing, and maintaining assigned production equipment
• •Meeting and exceeding production standards while maintaining product quality
• •Minimizing and preventing equipment downtime and sustaining budgeted waste levels
• •Maintaining accurate equipment logs and recording downtime and maintenance problems
• •Performing preventative maintenance on equipment
• •Starting up equipment and ensuring accurate functioning
• •Monitoring component inventories and safety guards
• •Maintaining a neat and orderly production environment
• •Monitoring in-process quality and addressing issues as needed
• •Performing required Q.C. checks and process challenges
• •Following safety and environmental procedures and Quality System Requirements
• •Supporting upstream and downstream operations
• •Performing rework as required
• •Working optimally in a team environment

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES

Performing other duties as assigned by Supervisor

QUALIFICATIONS

• •H.S. Diploma/G.E.D preferred
• •Maintenance Repair/Mechanical Experience or Proficiency required and
• •2 years mechanical experience preferred
• •6- 12 months of manufacturing experience desired
• •Working with PLC's, Hydraulics and Pneumatics desired
• •Must be proficient with basic hand tools.
• •Familiar with the following mechanical components, bushings, chain drives, conveyors, gearboxes, and ball valves.
• •Should also be familiar with some electrical components: sensors, photo-eyes, scales, reed switches, VFD’s.
• •Able to work autonomously and be self-motivated.
• •Able to work any shift
• •Must have clear and legible handwriting
