Deine Aufgaben

Technische Kundenbetreuung & Beratung

· Beratung unserer Kunden bei technischen Anliegen – telefonisch, remote oder vor Ort

· Presales-Unterstützung bei technischen Konzepten und Angeboten

Systemintegration & technische Umsetzung

· Konzeption, Installation und Wartung von:

o MDM-Systemen (v. a. SOTI MobiControl)

o RFID-Komponenten

o Etikettendruckern und zugehöriger Software

· Integration von Labeling-Lösungen in Kundensysteme

· Technischer Support & Fehleranalyse

Schulungen & Support

· Schulung von Anwender:innen im Umgang mit unseren Systemen

· Unterstützung bei Software-Updates und Konfigurationsanpassungen

Die Einarbeitung erfolgt an verschiedenen Standorten in Deutschland

IT-Infrastruktur & Client-Support

  • Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung unserer internen IT-Systeme (Server, Netzwerke, Clients)
  • Einrichtung und Wartung von virtualisierten Windows- Servern
  • Verwaltung von Netzwerkinfrastrukturen (Firewall, VPN, LAN/WLAN)
  • Betreuung der IT-Arbeitsplätze (Windows, Office, Peripherie)
  • Unterstützung bei der Administration von Microsoft 365 und gängigen Cloud-Diensten
  • Sicherstellung der IT-Sicherheit und Durchführung regelmäßiger Backups
