## Deine Aufgaben

  • Durchführung von Lohnmigrationen inkl. Datenanalyse, -mapping und -transformation
  • Technische Umsetzung der Migration in enger Abstimmung mit internen und externen Stakeholder
  • Mitarbeit bei der Entwicklung und Optimierung von Migrationsskripten und Tools
  • Sicherstellung von Qualitätsstandards, Datenvalidierung und Dokumentation

## Dein Profil

  • Fundierte Programmierkenntnisse in Java sowie sicherer Umgang mit SQL und Excel
  • Technische Kenntnisse in Lohnabrechnung, Lohnsystemen oder HR-IT
  • Erfahrung in Datenalayse und Datentransformation
  • Analytische, lösungsorientierte und qualitätsbewusste Arbeitsweise mit hoher Kundenorientierung
