Für Tätigkeiten in einem renommierten Unternehmen in Hamburg suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen Technical Controller (m/w/d) für den militärischen Schiffbau.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Mitwirkung bei der Definition technischer KPIs für das Hauptsystem und Abstimmung der KPIs mit relevanten Stakeholdern
  • Selbstständige Erstellung von Berichten zur Messung der technischen Leistung und Identifikation kritischer Themen
  • Ermittlung technischer Fertigstellungsgrade von Liefergegenständen
  • Konsolidierung von Sachständen von der Sub-System- bis zur Programmebene
  • Identifikation technischer Risiken in der Projektabwicklung und Unterstützung bei Steuerungsmaßnahmen
  • Eigenständige Durchführung von Controllingrunden zur Bewertung des technischen Fortschritts
  • Erstellung technischer KPI-Dashboards und Analyse des Fertigstellungsgrades einzelner Leistungen
  • Umsetzung und Pflege von Planungsbaselines in KPIs und Dashboards
  • Aktualisierung von Projektprognosen basierend auf Ist-Werten und Unterstützung bei Risikobewertungen
  • Eskalation und Ursachenanalyse bei Abweichungen im Projektfortschritt, Empfehlung von Steuerungsmaßnahmen

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium in (Wirtschafts-)Ingenieurwissenschaften, Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Zusatzqualifikation Six Sigma, Systems Engineering, IPMA oder vergleichbar
  • Erste einschlägige Berufserfahrung in der Projektplanung und -steuerung
  • Produktkenntnisse im Marineschiffbau
  • Expertenkenntnisse in SAP und MS Office
  • Methodenkompetenz und strukturierte und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise
  • Wünschenswert: Mehrjährige Erfahrung im technischen Projektcontrolling
  • Ausgeprägte soziale Kompetenz, Kommunikationsstärke sowie Durchsetzungsvermögen
