TECHNICAL CUSTOMER SERVICE SPECIALIST*

(Technischer Sachbearbeiter Kundendienst*)

  • Kundenberatung mit Schwerpunkt After-Sales
  • Projektkoordination
  • Erstellung und Pflege von Angeboten, Aufträgen und projektbezogenen Dokumenten inkl. Reklamationen
  • Montageplanung inkl. Inbetriebnahme
  • Wartungs- & Störungskoordination
  • Organisation von Versand und Logistik in Zusammenarbeit mit internationalen Partnern
  • eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung (technisch, kaufmännisch) oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • erste After-Sales-Erfahrungen vorteilhaft
  • technisches Verständnis von dynamischen Systemen, sowie in der Montageabwicklung
  • Kenntnisse in einem ERP-System, vorzugsweise SAP
  • gute Kenntnisse im Umgang mit MS-Office-Programmen
  • Grundkenntnisse der englischen Sprache
  • Strukturierte, selbstständige und serviceorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Teamfähigkeit, Kommunikationsstärke, kreatives Denken und ein hohes Maß an Zuverlässigkeit
