We are hiring a Marketing Automation Engineer with hands-on experience using Claude Code, ChatGPT, Gemini, and Grok to automate, scale, and optimize marketing and revenue-generating functions.

VIDIZMO is an AI software company headquartered in Tysons, Virginia. We build Nexus, AI Intelligence Hub, AI Live Insight and Redactor, a product family that lets an organization search, analyze, redact and act on its unstructured data, where video, audio, images, documents and text are treated as equal first-class sources rather than one format with the rest bolted on. More than 100 customers run VIDIZMO in production across public safety and justice, government, healthcare, financial services, education, legal, manufacturing and energy, and much of that installed base runs on premises, in air-gapped environments, or in FedRAMP High environments through our hosting partners, on a CJIS Security Policy-aligned architecture.

We are an independent software vendor. We build and support the software, and the channel sells it, with qualified partners also installing, delivering and supporting deployments for their own clients. That model shapes almost every role here: the people we hire spend their time making partners and customers successful rather than pushing paper through a direct sales funnel.

Role Overview

This role is for someone who understands Large Language Models (LLMs) not just as tools, but as both business enablers and things you build with - equally able to write the code that automates a workflow and to use that automation to market, position, and sell complex SaaS products. Whether your primary background is software engineering or marketing/growth, a real hands-on experience on both sides will be a plus.

You will be responsible for turning AI into a distribution, demand generation, and sales enablement engine for VIDIZMO's products - not only by prompting AI chat tools, but by engineering the automations, integrations, and workflows that let content, personalization, and sales enablement run at scale with minimal manual work. That means deeply learning VIDIZMO products, the competitive landscape, customer pain points, and market positioning, then building and operating the AI-driven systems that market and sell VIDIZMO at scale.

Key Responsibilities

Design, build, and maintain scripts and integrations (Python/JavaScript) that connect the marketing and sales stack - CRM, CMS, analytics, email, and AI tools - via their APIs and webhooks

Use Claude Code to build custom AI agents and multi-step workflows.

Stand up and maintain workflow-orchestration pipelines (e.g. Zapier, Make, n8n, or custom code) that trigger content updates, personalization, or outreach based on product, CRM, or website events.

Keep automations under version control, document them, and monitor them for failures so they run reliably without manual babysitting

Evaluate build-vs-buy tradeoffs for new automation needs and prototype quickly using AI-assisted coding

Nice to Have

Experience building or maintaining internal tools, browser extensions, or lightweight web apps

Familiarity with a marketing automation or CRM platform's API (HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo, etc.), not just its UI

Exposure to CI/CD basics, cron jobs/schedulers, or serverless functions (for scheduled or event-driven marketing automations)

Proficient with SEO and organic growth strategies

Familiarity with agentic AI workflows, RAG-based knowledge systems, and competitive intelligence tooling

Success Metrics

Number and reliability of automations/workflows shipped and kept running (uptime, error rate)

Time saved or manual effort removed from recurring marketing/sales tasks through automation

Speed and quality of product messaging.

Discoverability of VIDIZMO innovations.

Sales enablement effectiveness and real impact on demand and revenue.

Required Qualifications (Must-Have)

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, AI, or a related field

3-5 years of total professional experience combining software development and marketing/growth in B2B SaaS - at least 1.5 years hands-on coding (writing, testing, and shipping code, not just using no-code tools) and at least 2 years in a product/growth marketing or GTM role.

Working proficiency in at least one scripting or programming language (Python or JavaScript/Node preferred), and comfort reading/adapting code written by an AI agent

Practical experience calling and integrating REST APIs, and familiarity with git/version control

Hands-on experience with agentic coding tools such as Claude Code, and with AI chat tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, Grok) for content and research

Strong understanding of LLMs, generative AI concepts, and prompt engineering, including RAG at a conceptual level

Proven ability to learn complex products quickly and translate technical features into business value

Demonstrated business aptitude: understanding buyer intent, revenue-focused thinking, and the ability to support sales, not just marketing

Comfortable operating in a hands-on, high-ownership role

Why Join US?

Own the narrative and growth of mission-critical products

Work closely with executive leadership on strategy and execution

Influence product direction through market insight

Operate in high-impact markets with real-world outcomes

Opportunity to build and scale product marketing as a growth engine

Benefits: Health Insurance (OPD/IPD), Daily Lunch Facility, Separate Maternity Cover, Leave encashment, Car Support Program, Referral Bonus, EOBI, Bi-Annual Increment. Provident Fund, Career Growth, Bonus (benefits vary based on location)
