Amazon Robotics IT Networking is seeking a Technical Infrastructure Program Manager to drive network engineering programs across our manufacturing and R&D site portfolio. This role sits within the QTS Networking team and works closely with Network Development Engineers to deliver network infrastructure for Amazon Robotics manufacturing, lab, and acquisition sites.

You will own program execution for site network builds (new sites, expansions, and migrations), cross-org engagements, and platform development initiatives. You will define requirements, build timelines, manage dependencies across multiple teams (central IT, corporate security, facilities, and external vendors), identify risks early, and drive resolution through the full project cycle.

This is a hands-on role. You will work directly with NDEs and support engineers on technical delivery, not just reporting status. A strong background in network infrastructure, site builds, or manufacturing IT is essential. You must be comfortable operating in ambiguity, managing compressed timelines, and earning the technical respect of the engineers you work alongside.

The ideal candidate drives to get things done. At the core of this position is planning and delivery: intake management, vendor coordination, procurement, construction dependencies, and customer turnover. You thrive in a rapidly changing, delivery-focused environment with multiple competing priorities.

  • Key job responsibilities
  • Own and drive multiple concurrent network build programs from intake through customer turnover
  • Build and maintain project timelines, track milestones, and communicate progress and risks to leadership and cross-functional stakeholders
  • Manage dependencies across central IT, corporate security, facilities, LVC contractors, and ISP/circuit vendors
  • Partner with NDEs to scope network requirements, validate designs, and drive procurement and installation
  • Coordinate cross-org network onboarding for partner and acquisition teams
  • Drive vendor engagements including quoting, ordering, escalation, and RMA tracking
  • Manage site intake pipeline: triage incoming requests, prioritize against capacity, and maintain demand visibility
  • Identify and escalate risks early, define mitigation paths, and drive resolution without waiting to be asked
  • Maintain project documentation, runbooks, and operational standards
  • Interact with engineers, technicians, project managers, and senior management daily
  • A day in the life
