In this role, you’ll lead hands-on technical training in our state-of-the-art training facilities, mentor apprentices, and support the technical growth of our field and office employees across the HVAC/mechanical scopes. You will also conduct technical skill evaluations for new hires and internal promotions, helping ensure that our field talent is placed confidently and successfully on projects.
As a Technical HVAC trainer, you will play a key role in strengthening field capability, ensuring consistent installation quality, and shaping the next generation of HVAC/mechanical professionals at Power Design.
