Follow a Build and Run model: design, build, test, deploy, monitor, support and improve squad-owned services.
Use a transparent, prioritised backlog and deliver value incrementally through a regular agile cadence.
Take part in planning, refinement, daily collaboration, reviews, retrospectives, demos and showcases.
Use Definition of Ready and Definition of Done, including testing, security, documentation and operational readiness.
Automate build, test, security assurance, deployment and repeatable environment activity wherever practical.
Release in small, safe increments and use feedback and delivery data to improve.
Work within shared architecture, cloud, security and platform guardrails.
Use approved engineering and AI-assisted tools with appropriate security controls and human review.

Strong CI/CD, automated testing, version control and DevOps knowledge.
