The best candidate will be someone who thrives in a fast-paced, highly collaborative, and exceptionally dynamic setting and is excited to lead technical initiatives, shape architectural decisions, and mentor engineers while building scalable systems that power products used by game developers worldwide.

Strong leadership and technical expertise in backend engineering are essential, along with extensive experience in Go, distributed systems, and production-grade infrastructure. The ability to balance technical vision with business priorities—driving modernization efforts while maintaining delivery momentum—will be key to your success in this role.
