Technical Manager JR

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

K+S Brasileira in Sao Paulo (Brazil) is looking for a Technical Manager Jr , starting in January 2026.

The tasks of the function include:

Field Trials and Agronomic Research

Coordinate field trials of new products in partnership with research institutes.

Prepare detailed technical reports and discuss results with the Agronomy Department.

Facilitate the exchange of technical information and research findings with headquarters and other branches.

Product Development and Innovation

Present and validate new product concepts with selected customers.

Support the development of new projects and identify business opportunities in the Brazilian market.

Quality Assurance and Customer Support

Monitor the quality of product arrivals in Brazil, ensuring compliance with specifications.

Provide technical advisory services to customers regarding the application and benefits of the company’s products.

Assist in resolving customer claims related to product quality.

Regulatory Compliance and Technical Documentation

Support the Import Department in ensuring compliance with Brazilian fertilizer legislation (MAPA).

Maintain technical responsibility for field trials and regulatory documentation.

YOUR PROFILE

• •Enthusiasm to work in a global leading fertilizer producing company.
• •Degree in agronomy.
• •Master's degree in areas related to soil fertility and crop production.
• •PhD is desirable.
• •Minimum 4 years of professional experience in the fertilizer market.
• •Strong agrobusiness background.
• •Excellent analytical and conceptual skills.
• •Strong teamwork skills, empathy, and a passion for networking.
• •English is desirable intermediate level.
