Running the Engine Behind 200M+ Daily Ad Decisions

• Behind every ad decision at adjoe is a system designed to operate at massive scale, serving more than 770 million mobile users every year. The Demand API Integrations team owns the systems that connect our platform to the global adtech ecosystem, handling over 5.5 billion API requests daily across installs, events, views, clicks, and postbacks from Mobile Measurement Partners.
• We operate a dedicated A/B testing environment against live traffic to validate system behavior under real-world conditions, allowing us to evaluate advertiser integrations, benchmark partner performance, and verify attribution accuracy end-to-end before deploying globally.

We integrate TensorFlow-based ML models to predict user engagement and purchase likelihood, directly influencing real-time ad distribution. To meet our strict 100ms latency constraint, we prioritize efficient model serving, low-latency data access, and deliberate system design.

Your Mission & Who We Are Looking For

High-Scale Backend Product Leadership: You will own the roadmap and backlog for the campaign distribution engine that serves over 200 million daily mobile users, balancing rapid business feature requests with long-term platform integrity. We are looking for someone with 5+ years of experience as a Product Lead (preferably in B2B SaaS) managing backend-heavy, high-load systems who can navigate ambiguity and drive product delivery end-to-end.

Technical & Data Fluency: You will partner daily with software engineers, BI analysts, and data scientists to translate business objectives into functional requirements, assess feasibility, and leverage ML models for campaign optimization. You understand APIs and database architectures (like Druid) well enough to evaluate technical trade-offs, debate implementation details directly with engineers, and translate complex mechanics for commercial stakeholders.

Hypothesis-Driven Experimentation: You will maximize publisher revenue and campaign matching efficiency by validating product hypotheses before spending engineering capacity. We need a product leader who systematically defines success metrics, runs and evaluates A/B tests, and uses quantitative performance data to either iterate on winning logic or cut underperforming initiatives early.

People Management & Team Growth: You will lead the Demand Integrations product function, running regular 1-on-1s, driving career planning, and hiring new talent to scale the team. We are looking for an experienced people manager who mentors team members in product thinking, delivery accountability, and commercial ownership.

Hands-On AI Prototyping: You will accelerate product discovery and requirements definition by building functional proof-of-concepts yourself rather than waiting on dev cycles. You must be fluent enough with modern AI tooling to independently build and demonstrate a working prototype of a feature.

Pluses (Technical & AdTech Background): Direct experience in the AdTech ecosystem or a formal technical background gives you a head start in understanding our external partner integrations, auction dynamics, and high-throughput data pipelines.
