- About the team
- The Builders TPM team orchestrates complex programs across Ring's security ecosystem, transforming product visions into market-ready solutions that protect millions of homes worldwide.
- We bridge breakthrough ideas to reality by managing multi-team programs spanning hardware, software, mobile apps, and cloud infrastructure from ideation through deployment.

Basic qualifications
- - 3+ years of technical product or program management experience
- - 3+ years of software development experience
- - 3+ years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management experience
- - Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules
- - 2+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience
Preferred qualifications
- 5+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
