JET is rapidly expanding its Product & Technology offering across all markets, and we're looking for talented individuals to help drive the delivery of our largest and most complex growth-related programmes.

About this role

The Associate Technical Programme Manager will oversee the delivery of growth-related programmes within the Retail Media domain, manage dependencies, align with stakeholders, and contribute to larger portfolios. This role will create the relationships and structures needed to deliver results involving multiple teams in a complex networked organisation.

You will be responsible for managing the successful delivery of growth-related project initiatives, working directly with the Head of Product and Senior Engineering leaders. You'll ensure the strategy for the domain is thoughtfully developed using outcome-driven key indicators and that execution plans are efficiently created with clear ownership. As a key senior point of contact for Retail Media domain programmes, you must be adept at understanding the landscape, ensuring quality is consistently high, and managing stakeholder expectations.

These are some of the key components to the position:

  • Ensure programme objectives are understood and communicated to all stakeholders with clearly defined roles and responsibilities
  • Implement programme governance, establishing procedures, communication structures, and monitoring processes while ensuring best practices are followed
  • Lead governance meetings with senior stakeholders and manage stakeholder expectations effectively
  • Work with product and engineering stakeholders to prioritise roadmaps and develop KPIs to show project impact
  • Resolve and remove team impediments by identifying and managing dependencies and removing blockers
  • Apply Agile delivery best practices at scale across multiple concurrent workstreams
  • Enable delivery of outcomes by ensuring effective transparency, dependency management, and short to long-term planning
  • Communicate project status to a wide range of stakeholders, ensuring information is available for decision-making
  • Identify constraints, dependencies, and risks proactively, organising delivery to mitigate impact
  • Timebox key milestones and decisions effectively, challenging plans to ensure maximum value delivery

What will you bring to the team?

  • Strong project management experience in an agile environment with relevant certification
  • Knowledge of and advocacy for Agile methodologies with ability to apply them at scale
  • Strong background in technology and full software delivery lifecycle
  • Experience identifying and managing cross-departmental dependencies in complex programmes
  • Proven ability to work with executive-level stakeholders with excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Experience using work management tools such as JIRA and Confluence
  • Strong problem-solving skills with ability to process complex concepts and develop innovative solutions
  • Ability to analyse data and provide appropriate metrics to stakeholders, including knowledge of growth performance metrics
  • Highly organised with ability to manage multiple concurrent competing projects and delegate appropriately
  • Collaborative, communicative, and inclusive approach with openness to giving and receiving feedback
